Throughout history tyrants have targeted children in an attempt to solidify support for their cause realizing that the young are easy to influence and that they have some affect on their parents behavior.
In 2011 U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu echoed this exact sentiment while answering a question on how to push the Climate Change agenda in the U.S. :
So you do things like regulatory things, you try to convince people it’s the right thing to do. You do a number of things. You try and convince… The young people actually seem to learn a little faster than their parents. The young people convince their parents to stop smoking in large part. The young people have a really good plea they can look, “Mommy, Daddy don’t you care about me? You’re going to leave me what world? (chuckle) And do you really need to go zero to sixty in five seconds? (chuckle, chuckle)”
It would seem that Energy Secretary Chu is not alone in openly calling for the brainwashing of children when it comes to Climate Change; because recently the United Nations (UN) has created a plan to specifically accomplish that goal.
In November of 2012, at the same UN DOHA Climate Change Conference where they opened the door to wealth redistribution via Climate Change, there was a decision made titled: Doha work programme on Article 6 of the Convention. According to this document, the DOHA work programme was created out of the realization that efforts needed to be made in order to change the behavior of the world’s citizens in hopes of fighting Climate Change, including the behavior of children and youth:
Recognizing that education, training and skills development are
fundamental for all Parties to achieve sustainable development in the long term,Also recognizing that a goal of education is to promote changes in lifestyles, attitudes and behaviour needed to foster sustainable development and to prepare children, youth, women, persons with disabilities and grass-root
communities to adapt to the impacts of climate change,Reaffirming that public participation and access to information are crucial in order to develop and implement effective policies, as well as to engage all stakeholders actively in the implementation of these policies,
Also reaffirming the importance of taking into account gender aspects and the need to promote the effective engagement of children, youth, the elderly, women, persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, local communities and non-governmental organizations in activities related to Article 6 of the Convention,
Acknowledging the progress made by Parties, international organizations and civil society in planning, coordinating and implementing education, training, public awareness, public participation and access to information activities,
Recognizing the importance of taking a long-term, strategic and country-driven approach to education, training and skills development at the local, national, subregional, regional and international levels, including strengthening of relevant institutional and sectoral capacities,
How does the UN expect to spread Climate Change propaganda in order to realize their goals of changing people’s behavior while building support for “effective policies” to fight Climate Change?
Well according to the above document under the section titled: “Scope of the Doha Work Programme”, the UN is going to ‘Educate’ and ‘Train’ Journalists and Teachers, among others, as well as utilize ‘Social Media’ in order to target “women and youth in particular”:
Education
16. Cooperate in, promote, facilitate, develop and implement formal and non-formal education and training programmes focused on climate change at all levels, targeting women and youth in particular, and including the exchange or secondment of personnel to train experts.Training
17. Cooperate in, promote, facilitate, develop and implement training programmes focused on climate change for groups with a key role, such as scientific, technical and managerial personnel, journalists, teachers and community leaders at the local, national, subregional, regional and international levels, as appropriate. Technical skills and knowledge provide an opportunity to adequately address and respond to climate change issues.Public awareness
18. Cooperate in, promote, facilitate, develop and implement public awareness programmes on climate change and its effects at the national and, as appropriate, subregional, regional and international levels by, inter alia, encouraging contributions and personal action in addressing climate change, supporting climate-friendly policies and fostering behavioural changes, including by using popular media, noting the important role that social media platforms and strategies can play in this context.
In 2011 I chronicled the efforts of the Obama Administration to brainwash American children utilizing, among other programs, the 21st Century Youth Conservation Corps.
But the UN’s new efforts to “train” journalists and teachers goes far beyond the scope of the Obama Administration, since it openly and blatantly calls for converting the influential groups of society into propaganda arms for the preachers of Climate Change with the explicit reason being to push forward their agenda utilizing women, children and the youth.
But as the tactic of tyrants sweeps across the globe being utilized by the Green ‘Nazis’ there is one thought that comes into my mind as a parent.
If this information doesn’t encourage us all to throw away our televisions and start home schooling our children…then nothing will.
